War on Motorists continues apace.

Motorists face parking chaos today with the introduction of a two-tier system of fines.
Penalties will cost between £40 and £120 for stopping with the engine running or parking more than 19 inches from the kerb.
CCTV operators can also issue fines for infringements captured on film under new rules back by Transport Secretary Ruth Kelly.

The AA and RAC welcomed graduated fines in principle but are concerned that parking wardens will no longer have to attach a ticket to the windscreen.
Penalty Charge Notices can be sent by post if the owner drives away before the warden, now called Civil Enforcement Officers, has finished writing it.
Outside London, Band A fines will cost £70 for parking on a double yellow line or £50 for overstaying on a meter. But local authorities can opt for Band B charges set at £40 and £60.
In London, councils have Band A fines set at £80 and £120, Band B at £60 and £100 and Band C at £40 and £80.
Nigel Humphries, spokesman for the Association of British Drivers, said: "It is just an excuse to ratchet up penalties and for local authorities to make more money out of parking offences.
"This whole parking regime masquerades as being about safety but what it is really about is making it as difficult as possible to park to persuade us not to use our cars. It is an underhand way of doing it."
The IAM Trust which provides advanced driving tests said enforcement should be focused on untaxed vehicles. Transport Minister Rosie Winterton claimed the system will be "fairer".
